26 weeks pregnant.....6 months......

This week is a very odd week for me, it's an awakening to remember how I came into this world. I was born at just 26 weeks wieghing 2 lbs 4 ounces. Our little Hannah is just a mere 26 weeks. It's crazy to think if we were to have Hannah this week. We are so unprepared and not ready for her to welcome to our large world. It's crazy to think about her being here already, it really puts things into perspective.

Here is a story from my Father about my birth via Facebook "You didn't come home for 2 1/2 months after you were born. You had open heart surgery at 1 week old. That's why you have the big scare on your your side. They called us when you were 3 weeks old, in the middle of the night, to tell us to come to the Hospital because they did not think you would make it thru the night. You were so small I could hold you in the palm of my hand. The syringe they took blood from you with was as big as you. We had to buy doll clothes for 3 months because no one made any small enough to fit you."

We have been doing laundry and going through all of our hand me downs to get ready for Hannah. I attached some artsy photos of some of her stuff. Whew, we have a lot of clothes already.
